Membership eligibility & complete terms
Eligibility
One approved vehicle per membership. A Reset Wash with Mini Deep Cleaning or Deep Cleaning, selected after inspection, is required before activation.
Condition add-ons
Pet hair, shampoo or extraction, stain or odor treatment, severe soil, biohazard work, and paint correction are quoted separately and require approval.
Vehicle size & travel
Large SUVs, trucks, vans, third-row vehicles, and appointments outside the core Westchester area may require an adjustment disclosed before enrollment.
Weather
If weather prevents safe service, EcoPro provides a no-fee reschedule for the next practical date.
Renewal & cancellation
The plan renews monthly through Stripe until canceled. Use the secure membership portal provided by EcoPro to cancel before your next renewal. Service remains active through the paid billing period. Completed services and partial billing periods are not refundable.
Unused visits
Unused monthly visits do not roll over and cannot be transferred to another vehicle unless EcoPro confirms a weather-related exception in writing.
